OUR COMMITMENTS

Quality commitments

The concerns we hear most often, and how we address them

Concern: nobody uses the system

Diagnose before implementing

We identify the real management problem first, then decide what to implement — not the other way round.

Concern: too much upfront investment

Phased delivery, milestone acceptance

Each phase is confirmed separately; you can adjust direction before the next one starts.

Concern: problems at go-live

Test first, then go live

Configuration is validated in a test environment before switching to production.

Concern: inconsistent quality

AI-assisted, consultant-reviewed

AI supports configuration and testing; every result is reviewed by a consultant before delivery.

Concern: unclear costs

Timesheets you can check

Every task records how long it took; a complete timesheet is provided at project close.

Concern: scope creep

Scope and acceptance agreed upfront

Scope, exclusions and acceptance criteria are written down before signing; anything beyond is confirmed separately.

Concern: it does not fit the requirement

Not accepted, not billed as done

Work that fails the agreed acceptance criteria is redone until it passes.

Concern: no support after go-live

Defects fixed within warranty

Issues caused by our configuration or development are fixed free of charge during the warranty period; the exact period is defined in the contract.

Concern: a new partner cannot take over

Full documentation handover

Configuration documents, module inventory and user manuals are handed over, so a future team can pick up where we left off.

FAQ

Questions you may have

QHow is the cost calculated?

By the actual hours each role contributes: developer CNY 400/hour, project manager CNY 600/hour, expert consultant CNY 1,500/hour. A timesheet is provided at project close. Complex projects are billed per person-day.

QWhat if we exceed the estimated hours?

Additional work is treated as extra scope and billed by the hour after both sides confirm it.

QAre software subscriptions and hosting included?

No. Third-party software subscriptions, hardware, and server or cloud hosting are either paid directly by you or charged by the respective provider.

QWho do we pay the Odoo licence to?

Odoo licences and hosting are invoiced by Odoo directly; we provide the implementation services.

QWhat about custom development?

System integration and custom modules are covered by the corresponding tier. Complex projects are quoted per person-day after assessment.

QAre prices fixed in CNY?

Yes. All prices are stated in CNY. For international clients the amount is converted at the exchange rate on the payment date; the applicable rate is confirmed in the contract.

Not sure which tier fits?

Note: all prices are reference prices in CNY (Chinese yuan), estimated at approximately CNY 500 per hour and billed on the actual hours contributed by each role. They do not constitute a quotation. For international clients, the amount is converted at the exchange rate on the payment date. Implementation scope, fees, warranty and acceptance criteria are defined in the formal contract. For tax, compliance, cross-border and legal matters, please consult a qualified professional adviser.
