Founding of the personal company named MZH, the predecessor of EuroBrücke GmbH
Founder Meng Zhaohui has lived and worked in Germany for 30 years and run her own business for more than 20, with long experience in company operations and cross-border business, building knowledge of both markets and of managing teams.
Conversion from a personal company into EuroBrücke GmbH
A trading company operating in Germany, serving trade and business needs between China and Germany and providing a local entity for cross-border delivery.
Joining a listed group and becoming managing director of its German subsidiary
The company founded by Meng Zhaohui was brought into EuroBrücke GmbH into Jiangyin Hengrun Heavy Industries(now Hengrun Holdings, stock code:603985) group, and she became managing director of the German subsidiary. During this period she built the local European operating structure and took a deep part in preparing overseas entities for compliance ahead of the listing.
Hengrun lists on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (A-shares)
Hengrun listed successfully. Since then Meng Zhaohui has continued to manage the German subsidiary, accumulating more than 12 years of cross-border governance experience in a listed company — the most solid practical foundation for Mikorou's two-entity strategy.

German manufacturing entity is a manufacturing business operating in Germany, taking on machining and service work locally and providing a German entity for cross-border delivery. It is a German company owned by Mikorou.

Mikorou (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. was founded — building on experience running businesses in China and Germany to deliver Odoo implementation and services. No install-and-leave delivery: we start with a management diagnosis and stay with the client the whole way.

Achieving Odoo Official Partner status: standard Odoo capability first, with a clear boundary for necessary custom development, so the system works today and grows with the business tomorrow.

We now have 3+ Odoo Certified Consultants delivering locally from Suzhou. The same people see a project through: process review, solution design, development and go-live, with a transparent, traceable delivery process.

A German entity handling business and compliance support for the German and European markets.

A standardised five-step delivery process
Diagnose → Design → Build → Train → Support. Understand the current state before deciding how to build; after go-live we stay, with the same consultants handling training, optimisation and iteration.
R&D and intellectual property in progress
We have signed agreements with specialist third parties to prepare the high-tech enterprise application, register software copyrights and file software-related patent applications, steadily improving how R&D results are managed and protected. The actual status of any recognition, registration or grant is subject to the formal outcome.
Ongoing support
A continuous response mechanism covering operations, upgrades and iteration, so the system holds up in real business over the long run — go-live is not the end.
